Must-See Events In Woodbridge, New Jersey

It’s fun to spend the day in downtown Woodbridge, New Jersey. There’s plenty of fun events throughout the year that make spending time on Main Street even more enjoyable.

Woodbridge Downtown Cruise

On the second Wednesday of each month in the summer, Woodbridge has a vintage car show, complete with prize winners. If you don’t have a cool vintage ride, stop by to walk around and take a look at all of the souped-up classic cars. It’s free to walk around and enjoy the great music. The car shows are always 6 to 9 PM.

Farmer’s Market

You can always get farm fresh produce at Main Street Farm, and every Wednesday during the summer you can go to Parker Press Park for even more locally sourced goods. There’s also a barbecue stand and a beer and wine garden. The Farmer’s Market Wednesdays take place form 3PM to 8:30 PM

Summer Concert Series

In the summer, you can also watch live concerts in Parker Press Park while the Farmer’s Market is going on, Wednesdays at 7:30PM. This is a great free event featuring local performers.

The Music at Woodbridge – Central Jersey Beer Fest

Live bands, tasty food, and local beer tasting – Central Jersey Beer Fest is one of the most anticipated Woodbridge events of the year, taking place annually at Parker Press Park.

Woodbridge, NJ Art

There’s art galleries at the Woodbridge Artisan Guild, and you submit artwork, you can go to the artist reception at the opening of each exhibition.

The Barron Arts Center also accepts submissions for galleries. Each winter, you can see the Holiday Train Show, a huge model train village that’s on display all through December. The Barron Arts Center also hosts classes, poetry nights and lectures.

Woodbridge Street Fair And Craft Show

Hosted by St. James School, the street fairs have fun activities for your whole family. Enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the food vendors, and get some cool clothing, crafts and toys at the booths. At the end of the street, there’s fun rides for the kids.
